Eligibility
Residents and owners of property in Lake County are eligible for Mount Massive Golf Club memberships at a discounted price. Individual memberships are issued to a single person and are non-transferable. Memberships for couples are valid between any two members of an immediate family who share a common residence. Senior and Senior Couple memberships are for persons of at least 62 years of age. College student memberships may be purchased by full-time college or university students, age 23 or younger. Children of high school age or younger may purchase a Youth membership. During the summer immediately after finishing 12th grade, graduated high school students are still eligible for youth membership rates. * - Resident family memberships are available in two configurations. 1) Up to two adults and two youths (as defined above), or 2) Up to one adult and three youths (as defined above). Additional family members may be added for $25 per person, regardless of age. Please note that all family members must share a common residence.
Non-Residents

Non-resident memberships are available for patrons who do not live or own property or within Lake County. Individual memberships are issued to a single person. Memberships for couples are valid between any two members of an immediate family who share a common residence. The cost of non-resident membership is the same for all people, regardless of age or student status. Memberships are non-transferable. Please see the Policies and Privileges section for more details.
Water Fund
The Water Fund is used to pay irrigation water lease costs and related legal and engineering fees. In addition to the fees above, all players will be required to contribute $1 to our Water Fund each day they play, or purchase a season-long water fund pass for $50 ($30 for college students and youth). Water Fund punch cards are also available in $10 increments. For convenience, Water Fund punch cards are completely transferable.
Privileges and Policies of Membership
The Golf Club reserves the right to request and receive documentation sufficient to establish legal residency or property ownership prior to accepting any Application for Membership. Non-resident membership is offered to all persons but shall be limited to 50 persons each year.
Memberships are purchased on an annual basis, are valid during the year in which they were purchased, and are non-transferable. Members may use the golf course at no charge aside from the Water Fund contribution and may participate in the Club Tournament and any other Club events which are otherwise closed to the general public.

Members are advised that the Golf Club's Board of Directors meets on a regular basis, and that all regular meetings are open to the public; participation is welcome and encouraged. Members are notified by mail of the time and place of the Annual Meeting of the Mt. Massive Golf Club, Incorporated as outlined in the by-laws of the Corporation. Expiring terms of Directors are filled by election at the Annual Meeting; each Member is entitled to cast one vote for each expiring term and to otherwise participate in the meeting. This meeting is generally held in mid-Autumn.
Memberships are non-transferable.
